Stallholders at the August Market (7th August 2012)

August 4, 2012

It’s August’s Stirchley Community Market on Tuesday (7th), and there’s an array of lovely stallholders coming together. There are two lists below, Food & Non-Food. We’ve put some links with the names, so you can have a peruse at your leisure at who’s going to be there.

This month seems to have flown by! It was our 2nd birthday last month, we held a public AGM, and discussed the past, present and future of the market. Overall conclusion; we’ve had another fantastic year and we’re really happy with the way things are going! Hurray! We’ve formed a smaller committee for year 3 of the market, check out the bottom of our About page to read the new committee line-up.

So, we have:

Food stalls

Loaf • Capeling & Co • Martineau Gardens • Frost and Snow • Artisan Preserves • Spatulas at DawnjACKrABBIT • Trushul Raw Chocolate • Jo’s Coffee to Go • Meat Shack • Hisbiscus Grove

Non-Food stalls

Tim Gascoigne • Cherry Star • Stirchley Happenings • Jenny Commins • Jackie Sanderson • St Mary’s Hospice Craft Group • Spangle & Dangle • Ian MacDonald •  Panache Gifts • Bike Foundry • Eats and Leaves • Zebrapink

We’ve also got some issues of Edible Brum magazine at the market, it’s a free food magazine, independently published by vegetarian and ethical restaurant, The Warehouse Café. One of the Stirchley Market founders, Tom Baker (Loaf) has contributed several articles to the publication, and Stirchley allotment holder, Greedy Gardener has also written some rather lovely words inside it. So if you want a copy then let us know!
